What I do for you

Accident repair — done right.

Bringing dented and bent bodywork back to its original shape is what I enjoy most — even when it gets complicated. My approach: repair before replace. I keep corrosion protection intact, filler to a minimum, and crash safety exactly where it needs to be. Most damage can be repaired — whether that's the right call also depends on cost and safety, and I'll give you a straight answer either way. If insurance is involved, I handle the entire process.

Rust doesn't get to win.

Whether it's just cosmetic or your car won't pass inspection without it — together we'll find the right solution for your car, not the one that's easiest to sell. Rust is properly treated and sealed, repainted if needed. Straightforward work, straight talk.

Cracked plastic? Doesn't mean new parts.

When an original part isn't available, replacement costs are steep, or a more economical fix simply makes more sense, plastic repair is often the better option. Secured from the inside, welded on the visible side, then prepped for paint — bumper dents can be repaired the same professional way. I'll tell you honestly what makes sense, and handle everything from repair to the final paint job.

Windshields: more than just a clear view.

Bodywork damage and the windshield got hit too? Then you won't need a second stop for that. Modern windshields are part of the body's structural rigidity — not a part you settle for half-measures on. Replacement happens through a partner shop that specializes exclusively in vehicle glass — including recalibration of the assistance systems. For you, that means one call, one point of contact.

Paintwork — outsourced, not out of my hands.

Plenty of people can paint a car — doing it really well takes specialists. That's why every paint job goes to partner shops that do nothing else, all day. Nothing changes for you: you still have one point of contact, and I handle pickup, coordination, and quality control. To me, "everything from one source" means one person taking responsibility — not one roof over everything.

Hail damage — smoothed out, no repaint needed.

Most hail damage I take care of right here in my own shop — together with a specialist partner who brings the right tools, targeted lighting, and the latest dent-pulling technology. That means every dent comes out clean, without any repainting. Hail claims tend to involve a lot of back-and-forth with insurers and assessors — I know the arguments from experience and get you what you're entitled to.

T3, T4 — a passion, backed by experience.

I've owned a T3 in my own garage since 2018 — a turbodiesel, extensively rebuilt over the years, yet still the same van at its core. Right now, a T4 conversion has joined the project, with everything that comes with it — and its own quirks, quite different from the T3. I bring that knowledge to your van, whether it's a T3 or a T4. And since not every idea makes sense for every van, I'll give you an honest read on that too.

One master.
Personal. Direct.

I'm Ianis Haas — master body shop craftsman since 2021, self-employed since October 2024. I learned the trade from the ground up: apprenticeship completed in 2016, then years in different workshops, traveling, new perspectives, and finally opened my own place.

What sets me apart from many other workshops: you talk to me — not a service advisor. I look at your damage, tell you honestly what's needed, and see it through to the end — done myself, or with the right specialist by my side. No long detours. No empty promises.

I won't sell you anything you don't need.

Passion

The T3 got me.

Somewhere on one of my travels I sat in front of a rusty VW T3 and thought: I'll bring this back. Since then the bus is more than a car — it's a statement. That things with meaning are worth preserving. That's also my philosophy for every job I do.
